1. Therapist training. Each Heartland-prepared therapist has the potential to reach 500 or more survivors in his or her career.
2. On-site consultation. Specialized consultation provides support for survivors and their therapist to identify and assist with barriers to effective treatment.
3. Resource Center expansion. Heartland Initiative seeks to remain current with a range of media that documents the contexts and dynamics of trauma.
