Lowell Routley, Ph.D.
A clinician since 1972, Dr. Routley has extensive training from ASCH*, ISSTD**, and ISTSS*** programs on trauma. During the past 25 years, he has counseled and helped more than 1,000 severe trauma survivors. His emphasis on standard of care through the treatment process and interventions has proven to be very effective with clients, supporting the survivor’s ability to function in daily activities and avoid hospitalization.Dr. Routley introduced and began presenting the Core Integrity Model (CIM) in 1987. More recently, he has continued to counsel clients, conduct research, and study in order to refine his knowledge about the effects of trauma on the mind; he has incorporated this new information into the CIM.
